That oversight structure is backed by real equipment on the floor. Our Dong Nai plant runs robotic laser cutting, tube laser profiling, automated punching, hydraulic presses up to 1,000 tons and robotic welding cells — the same machines listed on our manufacturing capabilities page.
That mix lets us take a job from flat sheet metal through cutting, forming, welding, inspection and paint without leaving the building. Our fabrication line runs robotic laser cutting, a Mafigick MK-6016T2 tube laser, automated hole punching, hydraulic presses at 315, 600 and 1,000 tons, an automation robot welding cell and a dedicated project welding station. We fabricate in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Material certifications traceable to mill test reports are supplied on request. For a specific grade, thickness or temper, send your drawing and we will confirm whether it runs on our current equipment.
Yes. Three hydraulic presses rated at 315, 600 and 1,000 tons cover the range from light sheet metal forming through to heavy structural plate work. Thinner gauge work is cut on the robot laser and formed on the lower-tonnage presses.
Yes. We run an automation robot welding cell for repeat production, alongside a project welding station for prototypes, first articles and low-volume work. Weld fixtures are designed and built in-house so parts locate the same way every run.
Dimensional inspection is performed on a Coordinate Measuring Machine, with 3D scanning available for complex geometry. We also run Rockwell hardness testing and leak testing for sealed assemblies. Parts can be laser marked for traceability. Inspection sits under the U.S.-governed quality protocols described above.
We operate our own paint booth for surface finishing and coating, plus a vacuum impregnation line for sealing porosity in castings and welded assemblies. Finishing in-house means fewer handoffs, shorter transit between operations and one point of accountability for the finished part.
We coordinate export packing, documentation and freight forwarding from our Dong Nai facility in Nhon Trach III Industrial Park. Our Winston-Salem, North Carolina office handles U.S.-side communication, customs documentation and delivery scheduling, so you deal with a domestic contact rather than an overseas time zone.
